Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to join our team in Wareham/Sandford area, delivering care at clients’ homes. The role supports independence and comfort, with on-going training and career development opportunities.

You’ll travel locally to provide high-quality, compassionate care and work shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends as required. Competitive hourly pay of £13.80–£14.30, a permanent contract, and benefits including mileage allowance and wellbeing support.

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Ability to travel across the local area to provide care.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
