Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker in Wareham to help people stay independent at home across the community. You will travel locally to provide personal, physical, and emotional care with compassion and reliability.

We offer competitive pay of £13.80–£14.30 per hour, permanent contracts, welcome bonus and Refer-a-Friend rewards, fully funded induction, ongoing training and clear career progression. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
