Job summary

Altogether Care Llp in Wareham is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide personal, physical and emotional care to people in their own homes across the community. You’ll travel throughout the area to help clients stay independent and confident in daily life, with a focus on compassionate, reliable support.

We offer morning, evening and weekend shifts in full-time or part-time arrangements. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
