Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide in‑home care across the Swanage area. The role involves driving to client homes to assist with daily activities and support independence, with a focus on personal, physical and emotional care. A permanent contract is offered with weekend work options.

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning‑only shifts, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening‑only shifts, available on a full‑time or part‑time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend‑only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
