Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to assist clients in Poole with home-based care, helping people stay independent and supported during daily tasks. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel between clients.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a range of shift patterns, including weekends, plus a competitive hourly rate. You will receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities within a family-run care

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
