Helping Hands is hiring as a Care Assistant to support people in their own homes with kindness and reliability. No prior care experience is needed and full training is provided, helping you build a caring career.

You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, daily tasks and medication under care plans, with ongoing support and development. Flexible shifts and mileage are part of the role, reflecting the community-based nature of the work.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Driving licence and access to vehicle may be required.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm companionship to customers in their homes.
• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting.
• Help with mobility to keep customers safe and independent.
• Oversee and follow care plans and medication as directed.
• Support with household tasks and errands as needed.
• Offer calm, compassionate assistance to those you help.

What you’ll do
