Avery Healthcare Group's Sonning Gardens Care Home in Sonning is hiring a Care Assistant to join the care team. The role focuses on personal care to promote residents' independence and dignity, with vigilance for falls, pressure sores, and infection to escalate promptly.

No prior experience is required as an induction and training programme is provided; DBS check and right to work in the UK are required. There are opportunities to learn, develop and progress in a care career.
