Helping Hands Home Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in Radstock and surrounding areas. You will provide companionship and practical care in the home while following personalised care plans. Training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide warm companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities with dignity.
• Support mobility and safety, including transfers where required.
• Follow care plans and medication administration as directed.
• Assist with housekeeping, cooking and shopping errands.

As a
Care Assistant with Helping Hands, you’ll make a real difference every day, supporting people to live well, stay independent, and feel safe in the homes they love. What you’ll do

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
