Job summary

Helping Hands Home Care in Kingswood is looking for a Care Assistant on a flexible basis. You’ll provide companionship, support daily living, and help maintain independence in clients’ homes. A kind, reliable attitude is key; prior care experience isn’t required as full training will be provided.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. The role offers paid mileage, pension, and opportunities to progress within a values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.

• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal prep.
• Run essential errands, from shopping to prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps clients feel cared for.
