Job summary

Helping Hands in Radstock is seeking a Care Assistant to join our flexible team. You will support people to live independently at home, providing companionship, personal care, mobility assistance and help with everyday tasks.

No prior care experience is required; kindness and reliability matter most, and full training is provided. You'll benefit from paid mileage, early pay options, a refer-a-friend bonus, and direct employment with holiday pay and pension.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.

• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
