Job summary

Helping Hands Homecare, Inc. in Bromsgrove is seeking a Care Assistant to provide compassionate in-home support. You’ll offer companionship, assist with personal care and mobility, and help with daily tasks to enable clients to live safely at home.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with a focus on reliability, empathy, and respect for client dignity.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility needs to keep customers safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning and meal prep.
• Run essential errands (shopping, prescriptions).
• Offer calm, considerate support that makes customers feel cared for.

What you’ll do

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
