Job summary

Oakdale Care Home in Poole, Dorset is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. The role covers day shifts with mornings and alternating weekends, helping residents with personal care, activities, and companionship.

  • You’ll need good written/verbal communication and people skills.
  • We like people who work well in a team.
  • Flexibility is important. Team members work alternate weekends.
  • Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems.
