Job summary

Welford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents at Radbrook Nursing Home in Shrewsbury. Bank hours, flexibility to cover weekends as required, with full training provided.

You'll assist with personal care, meals, activities, and maintain records, working as part of a friendly team to help residents lead dignified lives in a homely environment.

Qualifications

• Experience not required but a kind personality is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication and people skills are important.
• Ability to work well in a team and be flexible with shifts.
• Good IT skills and comfortable using electronic devices.

• Organise and participate in social and recreational activities.
