Job summary

Welford Healthcare in Wadebridge, Cornwall, is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our friendly team. We offer day or night shifts, full-time and part-time hours, and a supportive training program to help you build confidence and qualifications.

You will support residents with daily activities, meals, personal care, and social engagement, while keeping respectful records and working as part of a caring, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required, but a kind personality is.
• Full and part-time candidates are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication and people skills are important.
• Team players who work well with others fit in well.
• Flexibility is important; weekends may be required.
• Basic IT skills to operate electronic devices and systems are helpful.

Hours: Days or Nights, full-time and part-time hours available

Location: St Minver, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 6RD
