BCG Cares in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities, ensuring their dignity and individuality.

You will deliver person-centred care, assist with washing, dressing, and meals, and contribute to a compassionate, supportive living environment. Training is provided, and sponsorship is not offered.

Formación

• Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature.
• Good reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts; full training provided.
• PVG check and UK work authorization required; sponsorship not offered.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
