Balhousie Care Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in a warm, respectful home environment. You will help with daily living activities, ensure comfort, and support social engagement, all while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Cheerful, caring and compassionate by nature with good reading, writing and communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work shifts.
• Successful candidates require satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents while preserving dignity and individuality.
• Assist with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
