Job summary

Balhousie Care Group is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, ensuring dignity, comfort and companionship within a welcoming home. You will help with personal care, meals and daily activities, delivering person-centred care and adhering to individual needs.

We provide full training, flexible shifts and a supportive team. Successful applicants will undergo references and a PVG check; UK work authorisation is required and sponsorship is not offered.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
