Job summary

BCG is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents daily, caring for their physical, psychological and social needs to deliver the quality of care they deserve.

You will provide person-centred care, helping residents retain dignity and individuality. You will assist with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals, with full training provided.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!
