BCG Cares in Scotland is seeking a Care Assistant to join our care home. You’ll care for residents with dignity, supporting personal care, meals, and daily activities while focusing on physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.

We welcome every background and offer full training, flexible shifts, and a range of benefits including pension, wellbeing support, discounts, parking, and a uniform. References and PVG checks are required; sponsorship is not available.

As a Care Assistant on our team, you’ll care for our residents like they’re your own family. It’s all about looking after their physical, psychological, and social needs to help us deliver the quality of care they deserve. Care that makes the difference.

You’ll provide person-centred care to our residents, ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality. You'll assist with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.

About you:

Cheerful, caring, and compassionate by nature, with good reading, writing, and communication skills, you’ll be flexible enough to work shifts. We provide full training, so whatever your background, we’d love to hear from you!

Successful candidates are subject to satisfactory references and a PVG check and must be authorised to work in the UK. We no longer offer Sponsorship.
