Job summary

Springcare are recruiting carers to join our 24‑hour care team. Day shifts run from 8am to 8pm, night shifts from 8pm to 8am, and you will help residents with daily tasks while promoting independence.

We value compassion, patience and excellent communication, and offer funded training from level 2 to 5, a pension, early pay, Blue Light Card, counselling, and family friendly policies.

Successful applicants will need two written references, a DBS check, and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Job description

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
