Job summary

Springcare Ltd is recruiting dedicated Care Assistants in Brighton to support residents with daily living, personal care and wellbeing, ensuring dignity and respect at all times. You will help with washing, dressing, meals and companionship, while maintaining a safe and compassionate environment across 24-hour care with day and night shifts.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

helping with washing and dressing

Assisting with feeding and mealtimes

finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.

general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas

supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
