Job summary

Springcare Ltd seeks caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. We provide 24-hour care with day and night shifts, and offer a progression-focused environment where you can develop skills and experience in residential care.

As a Care Assistant, you will help residents with washing, dressing, meals and daily activities, while ensuring dignity and respect. We support ongoing training, flexible working patterns and a strong welfare program for staff.

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life. The vacancies we have available are 1 x 24 hours, 1x 36 hours, 1x 48 hours per week

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Night Contracts

• 8pm until 8am
