Springcare Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking caring, compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You’ll help residents with daily tasks, support wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful home.

We offer full and part-time day or night contracts, funded training from level 2 to 5, and access to pension, early wage access, Blue Light discounts, and wellbeing support.

Competenze

• Two written references.
• DBS (standard/enhanced) check where required.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role:

Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• finding out and knowing residents interests and needs.
• general housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities.

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

• Days Shift Contracts
  • 8am until 8pm
  • 8am until 2pm
  • 2pm until 8pm
• Night Shift Contracts
  • 8pm until 8am

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
