What the job involves

• Deliver high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services
• Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and elevate risks promptly
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality
• Follow safe systems of work across the range of tasks
