Job summary

What the job involves

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services
• Assist residents with all personal hygiene care, promoting independence, dignity and respect
• Recognise clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls risk and signs of infection, and elevate them promptly
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting each resident's individuality
• Follow safe systems of work across the range of tasks
