Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in their family home. No prior care experience is required as full nurse-led training will be provided.

You will join a compassionate team, delivering high-quality care, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights. DBS check is Free, and career progression opportunities are available within CCH.

Qualifications

• No care experience required as nurse-led training is provided.
• Experience with complex care needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in daily life at home.
• Assist with activities, monitor needs, and respond to care cues.
• Work across mornings, afternoons and nights with DBS paid by the company.

Pay: £14 days and £15 nights

Shifts: Mornings (08:30 -12:30), Afternoons (14:30-22:00) and Nights (20:30-07:30)

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support our client with their day to day life in their family home. You will help alongside our client who has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and requires non-invasive ventilation.

Our client enjoys playing computer games like COD and Fortnight. They also run a 3D printing business, promoting this through their YouTube channel.

What you’ll need

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training. However, experience in caring for individuals with complex care needs would be advantageous.
