Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Holyhead is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with complex needs in their own home. You will build a positive relationship, assist with medications and meal prep, and help the client enjoy activities both at home and in the community.

No care experience is required as we provide full nurse-led training. We cover DBS costs, offer paid induction, and provide clear progression into senior and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• You don’t need any care experience; full nurse-led training provided.
• Comfort with building a positive relationship with the client.
• Ability to support with medication and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Support a client with a range of complex care needs in their home.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home. We are looking for confident, proactive support workers who can build a positive relationship with the client, support with medication and meal preparation, and to support them to enjoy the activities they love both at home and in the community.
