Darcy House Care Home in Matlock, Derbyshire, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Care Assistant to join our brand-new residential, nursing and dementia care home for 78 residents. We offer day and night shifts, full or part-time contracts, and comprehensive training.
You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, follow care plans, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment.
Our brand-new, luxury care home is located in the beautiful town of Matlock in Derbyshire. We provide personalised Residential, Nursing, Dementia, Palliative & Nursing care for 78-residents.
Care Assistant Contract
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
