About The Role

Please note: This role is Full Time 38.5hrs per week (12hr shifts with unpaid breaks) 3x on/3x off (Nights)

Your responsibilities include supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.

Deliver care genuinely from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality. Engage in activities within the care home, support those with limited mobility, provide emotional support, or care at end-of-life, always prioritizing wellbeing.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to act accordingly. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are essential.
