Since April 2018, we have deployed health and social care staff to work collaboratively in neighborhoods, delivering services in partnership with the community. We also operate across wider localities and city-wide, aiming to make a significant impact on the health of Manchester's residents. We invite you to join our team and contribute to this mission.

Are you the right fit?
  • Do you enjoy working with children and families?

  • Do you support children with diverse healthcare needs?
  • Are you seeking a new professional challenge?
  • Do you want to expand your knowledge of complex care?

The Children's Community Complex Care Team supports children and young people with various healthcare needs, including technology dependence, across Manchester. We are currently hiring nursing assistants to support these young individuals and their families, working alongside registered nurses and carers to deliver high-quality care packages.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible, and able to work across a 24/7 schedule. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required for travel across Manchester. Posts are full-time, with consideration for part-time applicants. Successful candidates will undergo the Trust Clinical Support Worker Development Programme, and upon demonstrating competency, will progress to band 3 AfC.
