HICA Group in Louth, Lincolnshire, is seeking a Care Assistant for full-time days or nights. Pay is £13.21 per hour, with a rota covering seven days a week (every other weekend).

We provide paid training and opportunities for internal progression within a not-for-profit organisation. You will support service users to maintain independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, including mealtimes and personal care, while contributing to tailored care plans.

The Role

Providing exceptional care for the individual is at the centre of our ethos, where quality of life is as important as quality of care. As a Care Assistant, you will support our service users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities, in line with their individual needs. Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector, we will help you start your journey with confidence. We believe that residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible. We involve residents, and where appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.
