London Care is recruiting compassionate Care Assistants to join Bristol Court, a purpose‑built Extra Care housing scheme in Feltham. You will support adults with diverse needs, building trusted relationships in a warm community, with zero‑hour flexibility and full‑time hours available.

No experience is required; full training is provided, including online and in‑person sessions. Competitive pay, training, and progression opportunities are offered.

Job Description

Your Role as a Care Assistant You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours. No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:
