London Care is recruiting Care Assistants to support clients in Raynes Park and surrounding areas within community home care. Multiple shifts across full-time and part-time roles are available, including weekdays and weekends. You will be paid hourly, with travel time between visits, and no driving is required.

The role offers full training, a supportive team and opportunities to develop within a large care group. Join us to help clients live safely and independently at home.

Qualifications

• No previous social care experience required; full training provided.

Responsabilités

• Provide dignified personal care including bathing, dressing and continence support.
• Assist with medications as required and monitor wellbeing.
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtimes and nutrition.
• Support with shopping and light household tasks; help clients stay independent at home.
• Offer companionship and encourage community engagement; document care provided.
• Record observations accurately and communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care and safety.

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dependable Care Assistants to join our friendly Raynes Park team, supporting people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

We have opportunities available across:

• Merton
• Wimbledon
• CR4, SM4, SW18, SW19 and SW20

As this is a London-based community care role, you do not need to drive or have access to a vehicle.

• Monday to Friday: £15.15 per hour
• Saturday: £15.35 per hour
• Sunday: £15.65 per hour

You will be paid hourly, including your travel time between client visits.

Our services operate seven days a week, with a range of flexible, full-time and part-time shifts available.

Shift times may vary depending on the needs of our clients, but typical patterns include:

• Day shifts: Starting between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, finishing between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm
• Evening shifts: 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Weekday and weekend shifts available

We’re looking for reliable Care Assistants who can offer flexibility across their agreed working pattern.

Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients.

You’ll follow individual care plans and provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping clients to live safer, happier and more independent lives in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing dignified support with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care
• Supporting clients with their medication
• Preparing meals and providing support at mealtimes
• Assisting with shopping and light household tasks
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and access their local community
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring clients’ wellbeing and reporting any changes
• Maintaining accurate records of the care and support provided
• Working closely with families, colleagues and healthcare professionals
