Job summary

All Care Services in Portsmouth area seeks a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care across the community. You will assist older adults with daily living tasks, support independence at home and maintain a compassionate presence.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Portsmouth area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
