The Fleet Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, invites applications for a dedicated Care Assistant in Dartmouth, Devon. You will deliver person-centered care, supporting dignity and wellbeing for up to 79 residents in a coastal care setting.
Full training is provided; experience is welcome but not required. You will work on a 33-hour-per-week contract with weekend shifts and a DBS-pension package, plus uniform and generous annual leave.

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
