Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting a Care Assistant to support older adults across East Sussex, including Hove and surrounding towns. You will deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes, helping them maintain independence and comfort with daily tasks and companionship.

No experience needed – full training provided, with flexible shift patterns to suit your life and enhanced pay for unsociable hours. Join a local, patient-centered team making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements include full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance; non-drivers welcome with a local bus pass to support travel.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care and basic daily tasks.
• Prepare meals and assist with shopping.
• Carry out light household duties and provide companionship.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Hove area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
