Job summary

ReachOut24 Healthcare seeks enthusiastic, compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to deliver person-centred care in clients' homes across Horsham and surrounding areas. You will provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and companionship while promoting safety and independence.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, along with strong communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.

URGENT: Domiciliary Care Workers Required - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, committed and reliable Care Workers (Homecare) to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. You will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

This role involves delivering personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship, including specialist care for individuals living with dementia or receiving end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (non- car drivers welcome)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to meet changing client needs and schedules

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care
• Knowledge of basic caregiving principles
• Experience supporting clients with dementia or complex needs

Full training and ongoing support provided.
