Job summary

ReachOut24 Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred homecare to clients in their own homes.

You will deliver personal care, medication support, meal preparation and companionship, including specialist care for those living with dementia or receiving end-of-life care. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (non-drivers welcome)

• Flexibility to meet changing client needs and schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
• Support clients with medication administration as per care plans
• Prepare meals and support dietary requirements
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Follow individual care plans and report any changes or concerns
• Deliver specialist care for clients with dementia or those in hospice care
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the wider care team

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, committed and reliable Care Workers (Homecare) to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. You will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

This role involves delivering personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and companionship, including specialist care for individuals living with dementia or receiving end-of-life care.
