Job summary

Bluebird Care North Down is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join the Holywood & Bangor team. You will help clients with daily living tasks, deliver high-quality personal care, and support a friendly, professional home care service.

This role offers generous pay (£13.10–£15 per hour), full training, mileage allowance, and opportunities for progression in a leading home care provider. Weekend availability and a valid UK driving licence are requested to enable visits across North

• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Weekend hours (every other weekend or one day every weekend).
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; training provided.
• Sponsorship or visa transfer is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Support with medication and safe disposal.
