Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is seeking experienced Care Assistants in Midlothian to deliver high-quality care in care homes and local community settings.

You will support people with daily living, promote independence and help them live safely and comfortably, while working as part of a wider care team to provide person-centred support.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience must include personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration: Scotland/ Wales/ Northern Ireland require relevant registration (SSSC/SCW/NISSC); not applicable in England.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care.
