Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions in Dorset is hiring care staff to provide essential home-based support across the community. You will help clients with daily living, mobility, personal care, and wellbeing, working with health professionals to tailor care to individual needs.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration for Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (SSSC/SCW/NISSC) if applicable.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

Hours: Full time or part time with flexible shifts

What you will do

Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.

What you need

Right to work in the UK.

At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.

Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
