Newcross Healthcare Solutions in Mablethorpe is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to provide high quality care in care homes and local community settings. You will support people with daily living, promote independence and help them live safely and comfortably.

Due to location, being a driver is essential for this role. Applicants must be able to commute to the location and join a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration requirements for Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (SSSC/SCW/NISSC) may apply outside England.

£14.25 to £16.35 per hour. Full time and part time flexible shifts available.

What you need

Right to work in the UK.

At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.

Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
