Newcross Healthcare Solutions is hiring caring professionals to join our Market Harborough team to provide essential home care in clients' homes and communities. You will support daily living, assist with moving and handling, and help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing.

Competenze

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Registration in England is sufficient; Scotland/W Wales/N Ireland registrations are not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Willing to complete online training to upskill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours: Full time or part time with flexible shifts

We have over 30 years of experience delivering trusted and compassionate care across the UK. We are now hiring exceptional carers to join our team in Market Harborough. If you take pride in delivering high standards of care and want to join a team that values you, this role is for you.

Due to the location of the client, drivers are preferred. Applicants using public transport are eligible to apply, provided that they can reliably commute to this location.

What you will do

Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.

Support those in your care with both moving and handling and personal care when requirement.

Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.

Work with healthcare professionals to deliver care that meets each person's needs.

What you need

Right to work in the UK.

At least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.

Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.

Strong communication and people skills.

Must be willing to complete additional online training courses to upskill and unlock new opportunities.

Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
