Job summary

Altogether Care Llp is hiring a Care and Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes across the Gillingham area. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a permanent contract, with varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends to ensure continuous care.

You will travel to communities, support independence and mobility, and use mobile tech to record care. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with full induction and ongoing training provided.

Hours and Shift Patterns

To provide consistent care to our clients, we offer the following shift pattern

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
