Altogether Care is seeking Care and Support Workers to provide in-home care across Blandford and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes and deliver compassionate, person-centered care to help people stay independent and confident in daily life.

The role offers shifts with flexible hours; full-time or part-time options, awelcome front-line induction, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

You'll be travelling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
