Altogether Care is seeking Care and Support Workers to provide compassionate in-home support across the Sherborne area. You will travel between clients delivering personal, physical, and emotional care to help people stay independent and safe in their own homes.

Starting pay is £13.80–£14.30 per hour with a permanent contract, welcome bonus, training, and ongoing career development. Driving is essential, and travel across the area is required to ensure high-quality care.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
