Job summary

Cera is seeking caring individuals to join its Cardiff community care team. You will visit clients at home to assist with personal care, meals, and medications, travelling between visits with a personal vehicle and driving licence. No prior experience required; training provided.

Aimed at supporting clients to live independently in Wales. Flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with some weekends off and access to various benefits and training pathways.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Cardiffand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Registration: In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.
