Job summary

Cera Care in Caerphilly is seeking a community carer to support clients at home. The role covers personal care, meals and medication, with travel between visits within Caerphilly and surrounding areas. No previous experience is required, just a caring attitude and reliability.

We offer flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with guaranteed hours and mileage reimbursement. A driving licence is preferred to access client homes across the region.

The Role: Supporting clients in Caerphilly, Machen, Pentwyn, Bargoed, Penybryn, Ystrad Mynach, Llanbradach, Blackwood, Markham, Treharrisand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Registration: In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.
