Job summary

Cera Care in Wales is hiring a community carer in Abertillery to support clients to live independently at home. No prior experience is required, as we provide training and a full DBS check, along with a company phone and uniform.

You will assist with personal care, medication and meals, visiting clients in their own homes across the area. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with flexible shifts and weekend/evening availability.

The Role:

Supporting clients in Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent, Blackwoodand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

Registration:

In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years.
