Advantage Healthcare is looking for a Complex Care Assistant in Eastbourne to provide overnight support for a child with complex needs. This role includes monitoring tracheostomy care and managing PEG feeds, with full training and clinical support provided.
You will also have the opportunity to work in a local paediatric package with similar requirements. Ideal candidates will have experience with tracheostomies and will benefit from various perks, including a free DBS check and career growth opportunities.
Shifts Available: Thursday, Friday & Sunday Nights – 8 pm – 8 am

Complex Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
Join us as a Complex Care Assistant and develop your skills with full training and ongoing clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, catheter care, moving and handling equipment, and medication administration.
In this role, you’ll provide overnight support to a child with complex care needs, with key responsibilities focused on monitoring their tracheostomy, suctioning, managing PEG feeds and administering medication.
We also have another local paediatric package you may be required to work in the Brighton area with very similar clinical requirements.
